Personally, I think Grigorenko has one of the best wrist shots I've ever seen. That thing is crazy. It's very deceptive and he's pretty accurate with it. I have a feeling we'll be seeing a bit more of it now that he's gotten his first goal. - HonkFortheGoose
i loved pommers pp goal the other night very sharp |

i need to see him shoot more. i dont know the actual #'s of how many shots on net he has but all i remember (outside of his backhand goal) is him taking 1 good wrister against toronto. |

If you have a previously broken bone or joint it is highly likely to break it again.. I broke my hand via a boxer's fracture when I was 15.. and now 10 years later.. I have rebroken it 4 times... You never break your collarbone just once... a surgically repaired anything is usually weaker..
I wouldn't risk my franchise player to start a reoccuring injury thread.. I just wouldn't. Other people get paid far less and that is what they do for a living.. - JVince11
So if his wrist is so fragile, why do I want him on my team period? Fighting isn't the only place where wrist strength is required. |

Toughness that was proved against Toronto......
Sabres got speed bagged in every fight....Not to mention your idiot on skates spent the night in the hospital. - tmlfan17
every fight? try again |

I respect your opinion of course - I'm just the other way completely.
I don't care if we lose 0-25 and lose 6 players to IR.
Until we stand up and take them on, and I mean really take them on physically, they will own us. And that means more than Gaustad having a half assed sweater tug with Lucic. - sambarugh
By my count (don't have time to dig for the youtube video) but Lucic beat Gaustad by a count of 12-0. It only made things worse for Buffalo's image.

"Name a defenseman with a 2.75m cap hit that you think is a better all around player than Sekera. As for Stafford, I agree that he doesn't actually have that consistency, but if he started putting up 80 point seasons, I'd be more than happy to reconsider my opinion on him."

All make within $300k of Sekera or some are a lot less. Anyone of the is a better defenseman in my opinion. Sekera is like Zhitnik 2.0 |

Tonight's game could be like last years game, Lucic hit on Miller game?
Reason:
If the Sab's step up/stick up for each other tonight, it might be just what the Dr ordered for this club to come together, the opposite from last years down hill slide after the Lucic hit!
Myers needs to drop the mits tonight, I'm sorry this guy needs to grow a pair and step up and start being a leader of this team! |

I think a lot of Ehrhoff's shots are intentionally off target looking for tips. Also, a lot are the case of throwing the puck to the net and hope for someone to pick up the puck off a stick or body. You hear a lot of analysists say just throw the puck towards the net. |
