Voracek has been awful. This is his fifth NHL season now. Growing pains are over for him. He has to play much better.
- PLindbergh31

Said my peace on him all summer long.

Apparently Simmonds passed the inital concussion tests, which means Richard.

Yea gotta see how he feels when he wakes up tomorrow

I agree 100%. I'm looking for Voracek to break out this year. Not seeing any signs of it.
- MJL

He's been awful. Weak on the puck, doesn't seem to be getting involved, giving up on plays in the offensive zone.

RT @BroadStBull: Initial test: Simmonds does not have concussion.

- hammarby31

If i'm simmonds i get a second opinion...

He'll rush back to play and get a career ending injury

the whole team looks like they're in a (frank)ing coma. except bryz.
- hammarby31

I really do believe firing Lava will be a mistake.

Let them finish the year out, and evaluate then.

Do not tell me if the team improves in the off-season like they should that they would be this bad.

Maybe they aren't as good as they were last year. I don't know. When I see this team playing at the level I think they can play, we'll get a better look at that.
- MJL

My problem is you may be waiting all year to see that level. I think the bar is set too high where this group can't reach.

I just saw the post game interview of Laviolette. He was livid, and looked like he was ready to explode!

Maybe, maybe not. I don't think setting the bar at making the playoffs, as setting it too high.

Without Simmonds and Hartnell where are the goals going to come from? I'm not seeing it. Giroux is really struggling, and there really isn't a legit goal scorer in this lineup now. No one that has ever done it with any consistency.

This team really is in big trouble. I'm not giving up on the season, but I don't see any signs anything is going to change anytime soon as currently built. I believe a loss tomorrow and we will see something happen Sunday.

He has a right to be. I'm not one that generally blames the officiating, but that was a disgrace.

They're in a tough spot.. 58 points is the playoff threshold i believe.. maybe 56ish.. but at this rate, we have to win a lot more games... and we still have almost 10 gms left against the rangers/lightning/devils alone

Hell at least we can all agree on a partial scapegoat if nothing else.

I did like Voracek's beastly look last playoffs though.

He's a deadman walking. The players aren't competing for him anymore. Same thing happened under Stevens and Hitchcock. Tomorrow could be his last game. No excuse for getting out hustled by a team on a back to back after they had two days off. None.

I am getting sick of hearing about Ray Lewis anyway
