I don't think changing GMs and coaches as often as some teams do is a great strategy. Some consistency and confidence in "your guys" can be an asset. But at this point, we need change for changes sake. But, I don't think we'll see anything happen for at least 2 more years.

Hey Garth after you raving about Grigorenko for months during the lockout he was invisible during this game and the real best player not playing in the nhl put on a show. Grigorenko isn't even on the same level as Galchenyuk! Why did the sabres decided to keep him anyways?
