maybe if he was being doubled shifted and it was late in the period when the goals came but it was not the case he was fresh off an intermission rest, on both goals the boston centre walked right in like it was a free play and both scored.

It has nothing to do with Plek having a better faceoff percentage, or the lack of depth at centre, did Boston score with any of the other 3 centres for Montreal on the ice?

Montreal did lose because they did not score more than 1 goal, so your one post was correct but the 3-5 about faceoffs are null to the reason

alright fair enough on those points, should we not however put into consideration the competition Pleks has to face comapared to the other centers on the team? it seems like something worth considering, despite all that i didnt disagree that he could have played better though, as for the faceoff percentage i did state this as an example of reasons why he's always put on vs the better centers and often, not simply just because he has a good faceoof percentage and the others dont....
