so my wife and i go for a public skate at the rink this past weekend. we've both been eating really well, drinking a lot less, and exercising a lot lately. we decide to go for pizza a beer at this place we both love. by like 2:30 in the afternoon my stomach was upset, getting heartburn etc. two slices and a pint of brown ale. it's almost like i'd rather the healthy stuff now.
