They are Chineese god dammit and they are well respected in our community ( Except when they drive, take all university spots, pick up cans in garbage, and call your business thinking you understand chineese). |

With an avatar like yours, you shouldn't be commenting on those of others. That has to be the ugliest person (whoever he is ) on the face.... |

Nice try.
Duby is 7th in the league in SV% (among starters) and that includes the 6 goal period. Duby still cant get any respect. Give it another 20 games and then we'll see. - Iggysbff
Thank Vancouver and their "we got the blueline, take a shot" style for that. |

That actually was pretty effective in this game, especially in OT. Got us a ton of offensive zone faceoffs and the Oilers are a bad faceoff team without Horcoff. |

The problem is, we shouldn't be satisfied with low scoring OT victories vs a 1 line team (of (frank)ing teenagers). If we weren't coached to settle for perimeter wrist shots to the goaltender's gut, we'd routinely blow out teams like that. Instead, we outshoot them 40-25, and the boxscore makes it look like Dubnyk stood on his head. Ugh. |

Kidding. But really, it's not that meaningful a stat. - Fosco

Are you an absolute retard???? He didn't fall whatsoever? Have you ever played the game at ALL in your life? That was the most obvious canopener I've seen in years. What, you think Hall was on a breakaway and he shot the puck into the corner? It was a perfectly well timed hook under the wrist and a flick of the hand...yeah, the canopener.
God you rookie Canucks fans are annoying. Learn the game. Hall didn't even fall down. - JLO961
No, he didn't fall down. There was minimal contact with the stick to the hands. Not enough for a penalty, IMO, let alone a PS in overtime. |

Not.... Look at your players +/- from the last 2 years.... are you going to tell me that that is their most important stat lol... I would say they played on an AHL team so even if a player was good they would be minus over the year.
So again what is your IQ? |

True, but we're basically a 1 line team full of bottom 6 forwards right now so it's hard to dominate teams when that 1 line isn't having a great game. If you told me before the season that the Canucks would be 5-2-2 to start the season without Kesler and Booth then I'd take that for sure. |

Holy (frank). Ignorance, and name calling to boot.
Corsi and rel Corsi are far more indicative of a players offensive and defensive ability.
+/- can be impacted by the linemates/players a player plays with.
An example. Frank Corrado before being traded to the Kitchener Rangers was a minus 3, since traded he is a plus 12.
Frank is not playing better hockey, he is now on a better team.
You call me an idiot. +/- is widely considered only important in certain contexts by pro scouts and major hockey pundits.
Do a bit of research before you start calling names...
Seriously, wow. |

I just noticed our team is in 3 rd place . Our team hasn't really played that well.
Can you imagine ,if a super team like the Leafs had our goaltending , what place they would be in?
Thanks Lu . |

I'm not a fan of Corsi personally, Rel Corsi and Crosi Rel COQ are better. I agree that +/- is an overrated stat. |
