Very well said EE. It's only one loss, and the effort was there for the most part. Let's see what happens tonight.

Win or lose... I would put PAtches in with Plek.

After his two best games of the season, David Desharnais was brutally ineffective last night for the Canadiens. He had as much success in the offensive zone as he did in the faceoff circle, winning only 33% of his draws.

against the softest team in the league = 2 goals

against the toughest team in the league = nowhere

it's obvious. Desharnais is always going to struggle in games against tough teams that are decided 5-on-5.

I'd like to see Eller in for DD, just 1 game and White back on 4th with Moen and Armstrong.
The top 6 should be accountable as well.

He's only riding the coattails of Pacioretty and Cole, so I guess it falls on them if that line doesn't score.

Right?

Or not change anything.

The habs are not slumping. No need to change every line now.

The CDP line looks lost on the pp. It was nice to see the kid line on one power play and hopefully they get more time there..

Armstrong should be the one in the press box, we need to build up our record without him in the lineup, for the fair comparision.

Agreed.

And it's not like they didn't have chances in the 1st period.
