they certainly have sucked so far this year. especially Pacioretty.
- scotch_tape

He was awful when he had his appendix removed, that's for sure.

So, you want to start the revolving door of wingers with Plek?
- pete26

|Revolving door ? No.

Just give Plek the best wingers on the team. I think after all those years he deserves this.

Agreed.

And it's not like they didn't have chances in the 1st period.

- Pecafan Fan

Cole, Desharnais and Pacioretty have great speed but man do they all have stone hands at times..

He's only riding the coattails of Pacioretty and Cole, so I guess it falls on them if that line doesn't score.

Right?

- Pecafan Fan

Yep, Cole and Max should be demoted to the forth line with Eller, and Moen and Armstrong bumped to the first line.

And then i would play the fourth line more then the first

Desharnais is fighing the puck, it's not even funny. He can't receive a pass without the puck bouncing on his stick.

We need more threat from our forwards on the PP.

And then we'll say that this team has so much depth that the fourth line can replace the first.

DD has been sucking, but the whole line seems off. Cole sucked for 10 games last year before getting the train going, but 10 games is much longer in a 48-games season.

Or not change anything.

The habs are not slumping. No need to change every line now.

against the softest team in the league = 2 goals

against the toughest team in the league = nowhere

it's obvious. Desharnais is always going to struggle in games against tough teams that are decided 5-on-5.

- scotch_tape

The toughest team in the league. I agree he did nothing when the Leafs schooled the Habs.

So how long before Eller takes Price in the throat with a slapper in pre-game ?

but on the other Hand Pleks is usually deployed against the other teams best line so i dunno if that gives you the best chance for offense if our best wingers are also on his line....i dunno

either way though it might be for the better to make change with that first line

What are you thoughts on the Habs having the softest schedule in the league thus far?

Thanks.

well he's taken him in the mask, and in the balls, the throat seems the next logical choice no ?
