wow you really think we could get a full bag
- Doug Allen
Kunitz = Half-Bag or at least he was until that hat trick. Would that be considered fair, Kunitz for Stafford? Stafford and Crosby might really click being Shattuck St. Mary's brethren and all

Is this trade actually being discussed? Or is it another NHL '13 pipe dream?

I just turned the replay on from last night. On the broadcast they didn't show Ott challenging White earlier in the shift before he threw his gloves off when Ott finished his check (also could have been called interference on Ott.)
Another thing I missed last night is on the third goal it looks like Ennis could have attempted to shoot through the scrum but pushed it up to Vanek instead. Nice play. Ennis got off to a rough start last night but ended up having a good game.

Right cause when Kunitz isn't on the score sheet hes at least still hitting people. - dadeadhead
Isn't Kunitz pretty old though? Like 34 already or something, regardless I can't see Stafford getting us much, should have been traded at the 2010-2011 deadline before he was resigned. Could have gotten a lot for him, most people knew he wouldn't have repeated that production

I resent that statement.
He's 6 months younger than me and I turn 34 in march.

Great...I had the game recorded. No point in watching now. Thanks, l8'sie.

He's built like a power forward. I hate when he has a chance to challenge a defenseman or drive to the goal and he avoids contact instead. Or on the back check he could easily knock someone off the puck but he waves his stick at them one-handed instead.
Put Gerbe's effort and drive in Stafford's body and you have a pretty good hockey player.
