Brown doesn't score much like Mclaren and Mclaren skates just as well as Brown. The only difference is Brown is small and doesn't intimidate anyone. There's no purpose of having him in the lineup. If you're going to have a fighter in the lineup then why would it be Brown? The only people who ever fight Brown are the people who are scared to fight Orr so what's the point?

Ill take him over Cam Ward anyday. Regardless of who has the better numbers, Ward always seems to step up against us.

I see your side of this. IMO, I think Brown is much more intense and faster which actually can create an offensive threat because of his pressure.

In a short span. Thats like Frattin having 7 points in like his first 3 games. He's not that great of a goalie, but playing for Nashville made him look better than he really is. Should be an easier task than Ward, at least.

You forgot defensively, with Franson utilizing his big body, hitting guys, blocking them out to the sides or against the boards, and HIS LONG reach with his stick for the puck(no sexual reference), he has been one of the best defenders on the ice. I give credit also to fraser too
