Tell you what, we can look at career stats once he has played for a while, especially once he has played for a bad team. He has played 74 games over 5 NHL seasons for one of the strongest teams in the league.

Reimer has played 81 games over 3 seasons behind a non-playoff roster.

Also, I love the logic of throwing out a bad start. I gave up on the fckuing idiots on the Canucks thread as soon as they started spewing that crap.

Remier has played nearly twice as many games. If I throw out Reimer's two worst games, I end up with stats very similar to Luongo.

So I conclude Reimer = Luongo = Vezina candidate.

I wonder if Vancouver fans have any clue how much everyone outside of similarly deluded Vancouver fans thinks they are idiots.

Schneider is a good goalie prospect. He is NOT a proven #1 starter in this league and nowhere near a Vezina, like you idiots were suggesting.

They tell me Schneider has made 6 starts. Aside from the 1st, his sv% is .944.

b) Yes, Reimer has played more games this year. So, his numbers are better over a longer stretch? Is that not a good thing?

Is the goaltending problem solved? For now, at least it seems we've got a couple guys who give us a chance to win.

As sad as this sounds, we almost forgot what .910 goaltending looks like.

Scrivens definitely wasn't the reason for the loss last night. The entire team being asleep is what cost us the game.

I do hope Reimer is back soon though, Scrivens rebound control is a little shaky for my liking.

THIS! You can't even just target 1 or 2.

There was a few burst of effort sporadically from individual players but that doesn't do anything if the rest of the team is taking the night off.
