Yeah....Nabokov has been spotty (mostly decent, IMO), and the other guy is useless.....but you can't watch this team half the time without thinking that NO ONE is telling them HOW to play defense, at all. It IS THAT BAD. - dcb1
It's bad. The team as a whole is terrible. Nabby is actually one of the better players out there recently. I would have a hard time blaming him. |

I honestly don't think Nabby has been that bad, he's actually kept us in a couple games that we should've never been in the first place and I'm not a fan. He's let in a couple softies but i feel he's been pretty steady. Our defense has been God awful, the whole team has been terrible defensively really. - Cptmjl
He's been mediocre in my opinion. He needs to be good. He cost them a point in Winnipeg, two points vs. buffalo. DP has cost the team at least 4 points. This team with good goaltending has 18-20 points |

Don't want to sound like I'm blaming nabby, I'm not. But he has to play like he did vs. the devils. Yesterday he got hung out to dry |

I usually love Moulson, its tough to get on him, but he missed the net every chance tonight. - potvin05
He's been doing it quite a bit lately. Not like him at all. I just think the team as a whole doesn't care, no heart. |

i agree, im not moulson bashing but he really missed 5 good scoring chance. once was empty net with nice pass from anderson.
Moulson missed quite a few good chances against philly too.
Lets hope we pull it together for thurs.
Cappy might scratch tavares in favor of reasoner on first line for his vet presence. |

I hear you. He's not world class and if he was MAYBE I can say me=aybe we have another 6 point in the standings? Other than that theres not much Roy coould do with this team, they are that bad. |

you can bash Nabby at all. His worst games are usualy games when he tired from playing few games. Poulin had 40 saves other night in loss. why not bring him up. play nabby 2 games than poulin for one.

Yep, right after Capuano signs his extension. Wouldn't it be funny if they offered Capuano an extension and he tells them to go (frank) themselves? |

Cappy actually kicked the boards behind the bench and said "(frank) you" after the 3rd goal. |

How could you not? I'm sure Hamonic wanted to smash his stick right over the back of DP's neck after that 3rd goal |

I saw it. Most emotion I've seen out of that guy, he knows his job is on the line. He probably hates putting DP in. I actually feel bad for Capuano. Don't get me wrong, the guy is a horrible coach and I don't want him coaching my team but the shat he must get from Snow about DP plus the crap team he has to coach I mean nobody could work with this shat. They have 4 waiver wire guys playing at any given time. One of who was playing 20 minutes on the second pairing. DP. No help whatsoever. Tack on him being a bad coach, he doesn't have a chance in hell. He knows it. |

I feel bad for capuano too. Like him or not, management has given him no real help in making the team better and he's forced to play Dipietro in a must win game tonight . He isn't a bad coach, I think he is just a bad head coach at this level |

He's probably pissed he has this guy on his roster. Wouldn't you be mad? You have to play your backup at some points in a season. |

Whatever he is getting paid it's not worth it. Jack will be thrilled when he is not coaching this garbage. |

All I can do is laugh at this point. The salary and the friendship are obviously the only 2 reasons he's on this team.
He can't go post-to-post. He can't get off the ice once he's down. He can't come out of the net and play the puck. His body language EVERY shot is terrible, always looking over his shoulder. His save % is the worst in the league over the past 3 or 4 years. He can't go a game without allowing at least one poopty goal, and I'm being kind.
A normal NHL team doesn't allow a guy like this to play. Someone said it before, even the (frank)ing Rangers sent Redden to Hartford. Let him rot in the minors. Frankly, I don't think he's starting material at Bridgeport, either. |
