Not me. I still say he suffers from Tim Jackman/Nate Thompson/Andy Hilbert/Steve Park Syndrome. Put fourth liners on the first line and bottom pair D as your top shutdown D, and this is what you get.
By the way, watching Okposo get flung around by Bruno Gervais was the moment I officially stopped having any hope whatsoever for KO. - UIF
I caught that, Gervais tossed him like a rag doll. Okposo sucks so bad and Boyes ain't far behind. He was unwatchable last night. As far as Amac they are always going to sell him as a first pairing DMAN. The guy's first season was good but so was Hunters. They'll never put him on the third pairing where he belongs so it's time to bench him, has been for a while. |

I was blacked out due to my living near Fast Eddie Snider's empire....I didn't see this and it's a good thing ...My 'Die Bruno, Die' chants elswhere are still echoing through my house today. Perhaps it's time for the "Die Kyle Die" chant |

Now...last year there wasn't much support. This year I think most would be willing to 'box' the whole team other than JT, MM, Grabner and Hamonic - keaner17
He hasn't been good since his first season. Hamonic has been noticably bad for quite some time as well. IDK if it's because he's playing with "one hand on the stick" AMAC? Amac sucks, plain and simple. On no other team in this league would he be logging more than eight minutes in a game. He's been that bad. |

However Bailey coincidentally had an injury at the time. I'm willing to bet that if Josh was healthy and ready to go, it might have been a different story. Unquestionably Wang is functioning on the lowest possible budget, but I doubt saving a few hundred thou on a coach was more important to him than hiring someone of less resistance. - keaner17
Well, yeah, the injury was the reason he was suspended. But the team could have easily not suspended him for the two or so weeks for trying to stay in game shape during a lockout that obviously was not Josh Bailey's fault. Joensuu I get to a certain degree since it doesn't look like he'll be playing at all. But the stunt with Bailey seems like it was done solely to save, relatively speaking, pennies. I don't doubt that a couple extra hundred thousand saved on a coach, or any position, isn't valued by Wang at this time. His longer-term plan, whatever that may be, clearly involves spending as little as possible now. |

Too bad. His giant tits flopping around out there would add even more credence to the fact that we have a team full of b!tches. |

I dunno. I mean I suppose everyone certainly has the right to assume the absolute worst about every financial aspect of this team, but if I were penny pinching on my team, it would seem to make the most sence to pay the extra $300k for a vetern coach to get more out of my team than signing a guy like Carkner or whatever. I realize we needed to get to the floor but I just don't see the coaches salary being a big difference maker when there's only about $1 million difference between the highest paid coach in the NHL and the lowest. |

Quite the obsession going on with Jessie's pecs around here
Sadly, I actually think this may have been his breakout season after his burying team US. We could have used his size. |

When talking about the Islanders please leave the word "sense" or the phrase "make sense" out of the conversation. This word/phrase does not apply. Thanks |

He is a giant mangina. He will fit right in with these clowns "mailing it in" on an almost nightly basis. Failure+Losing= contract courtesy of Garth Snow |

So he scores 8 goals and he's on the ice for 30 going the other way? |

Just mind boggeling... Capuano sits down Ullstrom when he should sit down Okposo and MacDonald. Play Hickey and Martinek... They cannot be worse then AMAC has been the last few games.
As much as I like DP, he is done and they should call up Poulin and let him play his way into next years starting position.
But then again this is the Isles and everything is done half-assed backwards so, none of this will happen anytime soom... (Almost wishing for DP to get injured )

If they are going to call up Poulin, while they're at it how about calling up Nelson, Nino and Donovan...if you're going to lose, lose with young guys at least you'll find out what you have... |

Pretty spiffy, eh?
His stats in the Finish league were pretty damn good (24pts in 20games). He also had a hell of a game against the US at the IIHF championships....that said, I'm sure he would come back to earth once joining our crowded locker room of overacheivers. |

I agree instead of reactivating MArtinek they should have brought up a forward and had him in the lineup sit KO and say see this guy is taking your job what are you going to do about it?? |
