I think his Dad is smoking crack! First statement said it's not about money! Of course it is! I should have stopped reading there. Character is great, and a trait that teams want. But it doesn't make O'Reilly a 5M player at this point. Maybe his Dad is putting some bad thoughts into his head. If it's not about money, then sign a fair deal and get playing!
