Not be be an bumhole, but every team could use a Getzlaf. He is far superior to Schenn/Coots currently and probably will be even if the kids continue to develop. - flyer_nutter
My point is that we have a premiere #1 center in G. Paying 8+ million for another when Center is our strength isnt always a smart move. We could just go after the cream of the crop Winger thats available. |

Not suprising.
I think at least one of the following will join him at seasons end.
Vigneault, Noel, Torts. |

I'm in a weird argument about the Fasth deal on Twitter. This guy first compares the Fasth deal to Craig Anderson's extension (Fasth has played 9 games while Anderson is a proven NHL goalie) and then criticizes the Flyers for not securing goalie depth like the Ducks just did. Does that make as little sense to you guys as it does to me? Fasth has played NINE GAMES. |

Never thought I'd see this happen. He was entrenched like a college football coach. Or Barry Trotz.

The timing is a bit surprising. The guy has survived some awful seasons. Could have legitimately been fired several times. |

Something tells me he'll still be terry Pegula's first compliance buyout check |

Carle is much better defensively then Yandle is. Yandle is far less physical then Carle is. Doesn't block shots like Carle does. And he turns the puck over more then Carle does. Yandle is superior offensively, including as a PP point man. - MJL
Not sure how you are coming up with that. |

I love the trade talk and what would be needed to improve flyers but I have the answer. Why don't we trade for detroit's scouting staff. How can they consistently get all these pukes year after year so late in the draft? And datsyuk is a beast |

And if they buy out Leino, I'd like to see what it would cost to bring him back. |

Will be the next under the radar guy they scooped up. I'd bet both testicles, but apparently they dont belong to me anymore. |
