The guys on Canadian TV are pointing to Miller's comments after the Winnipeg loss as if he got Lindy fired. Seems like a leap in logic, but that is wha's being reported. (I'm not Canadian. Up north with the family for a couple of days during school break...). Really wowed by the news!

Well, Canadian logic does tend to be flawed, so I wouldn't put too much stock in it.

Well I think I would have only been 4 so I guess I was just beginning school.

It's weird for me to imagine the Sabres bench without Lindy on it. Since I can remember he's the only Sabres' coach I've known.

Just finished freshman year of college. I was a mini-pack ticket holder, I think I got to pick 10 games. I do remember having high hopes for Lindy.

I was in 1st grade... I don't remember watching hockey without seeing ruff behind the bench.

Divorced ..remarried ..bought another house and had 2 more children.

I was in 1st grade... I don't remember watching hockey without seeing ruff behind the bench.
