Your guys and my guys look to be fighting for that 8th spot though. It could get ugly!

Here is what I am saying. If you have an employee that is responsible for five performance areas, if that employee excels at 4 of those areas, but is bad at the 5th, you better make sure that you can find a replacement that is going to actually be an improvement as a total package. You don't want to replace an existing employee with someone who is better at 1 of the 5 areas, but worse at the others.

The Rangers have the ability to add another coach, in that they only go with two coaches. Just add somebody to help with the PP, and forget about extracting a pound of flesh from Mike Sullivan.

Not sure if five was a real number or hypothetical but he hasn't been able to produce a consistent offensive threat. That and pp are pretty bad flaws that cost games. Of course you can win games 2-1 but those games are a break/bounce from being losses.
