My view is that he initiated contact (ie he didn't try and move out of the way when he had time/space to do so), but it definitely wasn't violent play. You could call it interference/tripping if you wanted, but no more than that.

this wasnt the same. where was kaleta suppose to go? lucic nailed miller middle of the ice. this play kaleta is trying to get the puck from the goalie who held it way too long.

There was definitely space to go by Scriv, but yeah, this was no where near Lucic's hit. That was intent to injure/headshot, should have come with a nice chunk of money out of his wallet and a few games riding pine. This was no more than a 2 minute minor
