Sooner or later we are all going to realize that whomever the hell you put behind that bench, it does not matter much!
This team has no TALENT!!!!

I'm perfectly ok with this team finishing the season in the exact same place they are right now. Dead last in the the division.

There's too much that needs to be done and to expect anyone to come in and make big changes right away is just unrealistic.

I've been saying that I think they should sell the big pieces they have (Vanek, Pommer, Miller) and go into full rebuild mode.

I guess my expectations for what was going to happen after the coach got fired were different. That being said, it was still something that needed to happen.

I'm not making any excuses. I'm being realistic. This team is god awful. Changing the coach needed to be done to change the culture here, but there's a lot of work that still needs to be done.

I'm usually optimistic about this stuff, but at some point real life hits you in the face and you know there's not much you can do about it.

Whoever they don't plan to re-sign after next season should be moved now to expedite the rebuild. I don't feel married to anyone on this team.

I'm perfectly ok with it also, I welcome it. But in no way do I want Regier making the decisions after the season. So now we have to live through re-build mode with Regier? Where does this end?

It's not that it doesn't have any talent, it's just that there's a huge drop off between the guys that have a lot of talent, and the rest of the the team.
