Agreed. Pommer isn't the leader we need here. He is very valuable but he sure isn't as valuable as Drury or even Peca was.

I would think that we should get more back. Pommer is a good two way player as well and I think he has more offensive skills than O'Reilly does.

Colorado wouldn't take Pommer for ROR. If they won't pay ROR 5 million a year, they aren't going to take on an older player who is soon to be on the downside of his career and pay him 5 million. My guess is they want younger, cheaper talent than Pominville unless it's a young stud like Myers.

Columbus sucks right now but they aren't hopeless. The Kings being so far down the standings could really give the Blue Jackets an unexpected gift with a lower 1st round pick.

Two picks in the top 10 isn't so shabby, plus the Rangers pick too.
