Agreed x100. Looks really good but Pominville is an established 30 goal scorer and an All-Star who happens to be a captain, people say guys like ROR don't grow on trees, do players like Pominville?

Colorado wouldn't take Pommer for ROR. If they won't pay ROR 5 million a year, they aren't going to take on an older player who is soon to be on the downside of his career and pay him 5 million. My guess is they want younger, cheaper talent than Pominville unless it's a young stud like Myers.

I agree with that as well. But Darcy is so afraid to lose someone because of the Drury/Briere/Campbell thing he throws money at people now that he has the resources to do so.

Its somewhat depressing because we have the talent to be competing. Its not like we have the makeup of the Blue Jackets, or the Oilers 4 years ago.
