I live in Saint John NB, and he played here for the Sea Dogs of the QMJHL. Saw many games of his, and he is incredibly slick in the O zone, but I thought he'd have some serious trouble developing into a two way guy.

His Shoot out stats in the Q were off the rails good but wasn't sure that would translate into NHL success.. However, he's twisted Bryz into a pretzel in the two shots he's had so far.. dear God.

Bryz seems to have a tough time with breakaways in general

Huberdeau was one of the first "cards" my wife received in NHL 11's HUT mode. That led us to picking SJ as "our" favorite team in the Q. It helped that some crazy Flyers fan lives there too.

i'm not sure what you mean. are you comparing forwards to dmen or do you mean going forward? either way the flyers need to develop a certain # of dmen over a given period of time to keep from overpaying on a constant basis.

What I mean is simple. Every good team overpays one way or the other. Whether it's a forward, defenseman, or Goalie. I'd love to hear what that certain number is. Here's the bottom line. As I've said before, the Flyers need to get better at drafting and developing defenseman. But it's being made into a much bigger issue then it really is, in my opinion.
