I really hope so, man this sucks right now
- TPC

Listen, the way I see it is as bad as they have been they aren't that far from climbing up into the top of the conference. If they were to go on a 10 - 2 - 1 run in their next 13 they would have 39 points through 30 games and that should get them in the mix at the top of the East. That's a tall order but certainly not impossible. We just have to hope McD, Nash and MDZ are back Tuesday and the team starts playing with heart and gets their confidence back.

This was a season ending game, Girardi's ankle is broken for sure, McD probably has a concussion, DZ's hip, Nash and Powe with concussions, this isn't even rock bottom yet, we're in contention....for first pick overall.
- cranford93

Nah we traded that for Nash

I dont think he meant he should be Messier, just he should lead the team past adversity to a cup.

Dont read too much into the comparison

- Rags2Riches

Yes, I don't necessarily mean to the Cup; I'd be happy with a five game winning streak with Callahan leading the way in all facets. After that we can maybe start talking cup.

This team won't win 10 games the rest of the way, this is spiraling out of control, it may be the most embarrassing seasons we've ever endured.

It just sucks we even have to question the heart issue. What happened from last year

Wouldn't that be great. We could have the top two picks.

I'd like to say that they just haven't found that closeness they had last year. I think they started buying into the hype a little and forgot they had to work hard. Now they are rattled and this is where someone needs to step up and make things happen. They need to be reminded what it took to win games last year and get back to that effort.

Glen, talking to yourself? Maybe the Ranger struggles have hit you harder than you are letting on

What are you talking about. I'm just fine. That troll always follows me, he never gives me any peace. He's a real annoyance.

On the bright side, the Rangers can go nowhere but up. That might have been the most depressing Ranger game I ever watched in terms of effort, execution, and injuries.

Ah, I get it.

I know a guy who sleeps on the sidewalk across the street from me. He also talks to that troll who follows him around.

Does your guy also have a cloak of invisibility?

To Montreal's credit I think they have something to do with it. That last game against Montreal was pretty darn depressing too. Tonight it's the injuries that are the worst part.

No, but he is a shape-shifter. He can turn into anyone or anything in my vicinity.

That's not true, I think they are sinking like a rock and they haven't hit bottom yet

Well maybe this will change your luck, yours truly has given up, this season is over, I can't put myself through this, maybe my bad luck will leave you guys alone and it works out but I'm done, for the first time in 30 years I can't follow hem anymore.

Goodbye and good luck.

Ah yes, maybe. Actually a lengthy Rangers winning streak would help. I think that would take care of everything.

He said that after the last game too!

Wouldn't it be absolutely ironic if they miss the playoffs and ended up winning the draft lottery only to not own that pick?!?! Of all years......
