I would trade him for a non Superstar. Guys like Backes, Eriksson or Pacioretty. I don't think Kreider will ever be as good as the 3 you mentioned. - tomburton99
Neither do I. I never said straight up. Packaged. I don't think it's fair to put Eriksson into that category of the 3 guys you mentioned, because Achilles injury notwithstanding, he's already won the Norris Trophy and he's still young as hell. David Backes? You're kidding me, right? That would be incredibly short sighted to trade a Chris Kreider for a player like him. Just my .02
Kreider will be a 30-goal scorer one day. Without a doubt. |

No, no, Loui Eriksson.
Edit: David Backes is one of the best two way players in the NHL. He's capabale of scoring 25 goals and defending against the opponents best players. |

I think Potvin ment Karlsson. The other Ericsson is Jonathan in Detroit. |

yeah....Jesus...duh!
I wouldn't do it for the real Ericsson neither. Pacioretty is a guy I'd agree with to a certain extent. Kredier has future all-star written all over him. |

Backes is already gonna be 29 soon. He's hit 30 goals twice. I know he's a good player, but that's a short sighted trade if you ask me. You guys have to think about the salary cap when making these trades. Trust me, before you break my balls, I WISH we had these kinds of problems... |

Kreider's size, speed, and sniping ability is what has me so excited. Once he learns the pro game, I am excited to see what he can become

I ment right now. Believe me, we all know about the rangers cap situation. Right now, everybody not named Nash, Lundqvist and Staal look to be overpaid. |

I'm just saying, Bogisian's gonna look to get paid after this season. Why not just keep Kreider? His contract's good for a couple more years. Power forwards don't grow on trees. |

Good trade. Pacs And Gorges are good players. Gorges should be the Habs next captain. Guy is very good. |

Yeah, he's already making 2.5 million this season and is due more next season. I wouldn't trade Kreider for Bogo, but if it's being discussed then I guess it makes sense. |

yeah, they both looked good when Nash was on their flank, Hags specifically since the "dumbness" has looked really good. |

If the fans had any say or choice, he might have been when Gionta was made captain. Find very few hab fans poopting on Gorges...

I considered you guys getting Nash WITHOUT trading him to be a coup and a half. I don't see why that should change after one regular season month. Give it time. I already anticipate hating the guy. |
