I answered that question already. I said they are struggling but a lot has to do with youth and injuries. Lets wait until the season is over before making a decision.

Most certainly does.

This team barely has time to practice with the current schedule. They consistantly have to change the lineup. The players out are much better than the ones coming in. You can coach all you want but you still need some talent.

Agreed. Not the defensive player Richards is. May have more offensive upside. He can get better defensively, still a very young player.
