This team barely has time to practice with the current schedule. They consistantly have to change the lineup. The players out are much better than the ones coming in. You can coach all you want but you still need some talent.

The problem with blaming the youth is, a lot of times it's veterans making the mistakes. Look at the Pens game. that 5 on 3 was a series of veterans making mistakes. Knuble was careless with his stick, Fedotenko took a dumb trip. Talbot had a brain fart on the new rules....it's not the kids making those mistakes

You can coach X's and O's and tell players 1,000x where they should be or what they should do but it doesn't always happen. The coach can't be blamed for every single mistake out there.

I'm not saying Lavi doesn't deserve criticism b/c its his team and when they struggle he needs to make adjustments. I'm just not going to blame him entirely for whats happening and even suggest that he should be fired right now.
