Ouch. I got hit in the eye playing tennis last year. Had headaches for like a week. Felt like someone was squeezing my skull in. Didn't go to the MD for an official diagnosis because I've been OK since then but I can imagine that's what a concussion might feel like.

Thanks for the kind wishes...It was really bad for the first few weeks, now it's more annoying than anything else. I don't have light triggers, but exertion and stress can bring on blinding headaches and dizziness.

Generally, I have a very mild headache all day. I've gotten used to that part of it. But I'm bored out of my mind.

A Nucks fan on TSN asked Flyers fan to give their impression of Sestito. A Flyers fan responded by saying Sestito was very slow but won most of his fights.

Yeah, Sestito didn't win a lot of fights...but he did skate good for a 6'5" guy that went around 225. Wasn't a bad player.

I don't know why a couple of posters have made derogatory/joking(?) mentions of it. I'm a Flyers fan. I have strong opinions. This thread seems to have some of the most intelligent Flyers fans on the web. Read for a long time but finally decided to join in this week.

Yea I remember my Grandfather telling me stories...he recieved a two oak leaf bronze star for valor. Was awarded this for tossing hand granades out of the bell tower of the the Cathedral of Cologne at German foot soliders...

That is why anytime I see an older Vet, I make a point to stop and thank them for what they did...not taking away from what the current soldiers do today...not at the very least. But back then...those men didn't have the technology we have today...they were indeed hand to hand battle...
