Thank Christ somebody else sees that. I see Bozak taking the face off and then unless he happens to be standing by the net, and gets a rebound, I just don't see him anymore on the ice. He doesn't take the puck in the offensive zone, and he doesn't move into open ice to receive a pass. He becomes invisible.

So has Kessel. I Just don't think he was physically ready for the start of the season, and the schedule has killed him. Hopefully the rest helps and he does better this week.

i dont agree. a better player might create more room for JVR and Kessel but really not all that much more.

you cant have 3 guys gunning for offense all the time and not have someone taking care of the defensive and board aspects of the game.

that just gives you a line who gets trapped in their own zone all the time

In all fairness Dozzer you are quite fair... and have been overly kind at times... it is not rocket science... If you wouldn't say it in front of all of your cousins... at a group meeting then don't post it...

Agreed fully.. not all out offensive lines are good ... and why I don't fancy Kadri between JVR & Kessel... especially when it means you lose most faceoffs in the offensive zone.

I prefer 2 line options with a 3rd defending... now definitely the top line could get a better #1 center... who is more offensive.. but JVR would have to do more D work... for that to work out...

u should see when my old man watches a football game vs his precious Bills...especially when they had the Sbowl run those years back...ive never see so many swear words, racial slurs and just down right pissed off !! it was amazing LOL

With Lupul coming back and the trade deadline soon upon us...

I wasn't too happy with the Brown trade although he is injured often... so a 4th possibly 3rd was a good deal...

but Komi, Liles, MaCac should be jettisoned as soon as possible.. to improve the lines... so we can add Gardiner, Lupul.. and get something decent... Grabo also comes to mind.. or Kuli.. but I would like to see them play with Lupul on their line... to raise their value...

possibly even Franson or one of the young producers if there was value in the trade... like as part of a trade for a number one..

Mark Fraser can handle that as well... I think Mac is the guy that will be gone... lupul/JVR (whoever doesnt end up with kessel) can jump on a line with frattin and kadri and then komarov can line up with grab and kule since that seems to be our checking line... mcclement, orr, and mcclaren can stay as the 4th.. komi will probably end up as a buy out... and liles we could possibly get something for but i also dont want to completely drain out defensive depth either... an injury happens and he would be nice to still have around
