I think the Isles/Canadiens games have been the most fun to watch so far this season...ups and downs, wide open at times, this one had bodies flying around...gotta say this about the Canadiens...they are very good at making opposing players pay for looking up at the puck when it's floating in the air - UIF

Yeah that was funny to be honest. I am surprised that there was not a fight last night. It was getting chippy |

I saw on IPB that Nabby threw a few comments out to the refs as he skated off.
"Very questionable today, Very questionable" He yelled as he skated off...he looked pretty pissed. |

You've got that right. I kept saying to my wife "this is going to get out of hand" but it never did. |

Yeah I was waiting for it and then nothing. I guess the Islanders were just focused but they did lay some good hits and Colin MAcdonald impresses me more and more each game |

He stood out more than any other player last night IMO. |

Also MAtt MArtin on the power play was great. He should be in front of the net everynight on the power play. He looked awesome last night - kasperrko
They really need to utilize Martin a hell of a lot more. Guy has talent. |

Yeah that fourth line can play they are better than the third and or second line. Grabner was looking great last night too. Tavares was in beast mode showing a lot of emotion and that is what this team needs every night - kasperrko
an argument can be made that the 4th line has been the most consistent and effective line... |

Prust fought Lucic the other night. Gotta give that guy credit - he's afraid of nobody. He's been a huge addition. |

Not sure exactly, but I believe he scores just about every game against the Habs. He's a good player. |

I think the energy Martin brings on his shifts had a profound effect on McDonald's play. They sort of fueled eachother. |

I was hoping he'd lay Quasimodo out but it didn't happen. Lucic has decent reach, seeing as his knuckles drag the ground and all. |

Prust was just trying to not get killed! Lucic got a few shots in, Prust got one or two. But it was a meaningful scrap. |

I thought that Martin should have dropped the mittens and went with someone. How often do you gat a shot at the Gordie Howe hat trick? |
