That never happened. It was a dream. One day Eddie woke up and David Lee Roth was in the shower and it was all just a bad dream.
Jesus, that was a terrible album. Cherone sounded like Sammy Hagar with a head cold. He didn't even sing all the songs live. - Jsaquella
I didn't like it at all. I am a fan ( not as knowledgeable as u obviously) and preferred David lee Roth and Hagar. Balance was a good album IMO |

That sucks. He was an incredible guitarist. It's a shame that band never had more of a following. He was a genius. |

i was thinking about this this morning while watching the NHL network (tappen etc) continue to spend the whole show talking about how the blackhawks are the greatest team ever and i'm thinking - emery 10-0, carbomb with the winner with :50 seconds left, sharp, kane, the cup....and then they moved on to blow jeff carter and how great he's been for the kings this year....and i just go so (frank)ing mad. there aren't enough words. - hammarby31
Meh, I only get mad when I realize all the hype over the Hawks is comparing apples to oranges. The records previously set were with teams playing both conferences, they are including last seasons wins (minus playoffs - where they lost) in the # for the Hawks, and back when the flyers had the point streak were shoot outs even around? In my book the Hawks lost 3 times this season. Yep, lost. Last season shouldn't count. And their run should have ended with their first shootout loss. So I ignore the media. Yes, they are a good team this year, but there will always be a HUGE asterisk next to their run since they are only seeing 1 conference opponents.
As for Jeff Carter I know that someday karma will catch up with him. Be it on the ice or off. Hopefully he's changed. But yeah I turn it off when they start talking about him. I could care less... And honestly the western conference means nothing to us this season.
So take a deep breath... We're good |

That sucks, as someone who plays guitar and grew up in the 70s he was one of my idols, a fantastic and extremely underrated player. |

Probably some kind of post-operative infection. I saw on the news the other day that there is a new infection making it's way around hospitals. 50% of the people that contract this infection will die. |

I admire your effort. But the lack of creativity is really disappointing.
For somebody with a Groucho Marx avatar, you really do him a disservice. You should replace him with Dane Cook or maybe Carlos Mencia, given your complete lack of originality
Oh no, he mentioned 1975!!! He's a clever and funny troll!!!
I have a 6 year old that is better at trolling than you. - Jsaquella
Almost as original as calling him Cindy Crysby? Did your 6 year old come up with that? Or calling him a whiner and a diver? What about the oh so original "Crosby sucks" chants? Pot to kettle...... |

I like both the Roth and Hagar years. They were different, but both were good. I love the unpolished feel of the Roth era, because they literally went into a studio and just jammed for a week to ten days and released it.
But Eddie worked with a lot of different folks and wanted to get more into the producing end of things, which led to Roth bailing. Hagar was a strong enough personality to be a real partner in the sound of the new music, but banged heads with the new management-he was adamantly against doing a song for the Twister soundtrack and a "Greatest Hits" CD. So he got fired and replaced by their new manager's brother in law.
The newer CD, with Roth, is quite good if you like the Roth era CDs. It's all rock songs, no ballads and has great solos and cheeky lyrics. |

Agree to a lot of your points. It is still am impressive streak but I had forgotten about the no inter conference part. He fact they lost 3 shoot outs to me means its a point streak not an unbeaten streak. It's very similar to brodeurs win record which eclipsed Bernie's. I think that record is horse poop because of shootouts.

Ultimately I want the two points. But I want to see them play better overall. If we have another sloppy game, where there's a million mistakes and undisciplined play, the root issues won't be solved. - Jsaquella
i agree, again, BUT even if they do that and correct some issues tonight, i don't know that it will mean anything or make any real difference in moving forward. it couldn't hurt, that's for certain. |

It is seriously scary... Its a GI infection that is completely resistant to antibiotics.. A bacteria that acts like a virus (if you will). Also HIGHLY contagious.. |

I could talk about your "fans" throwing batteries at players while they walk off the ice, thanks Philly for the protective Pope bubble they wheel out in between periods.
Or did you want to talk about beating someone into a coma after the Flyers Rangers winter classic?
Or maybe a good slice of your owner unloading the #2 goal scorer in the league?
How about booing a woman for dropping the puck, now thats a classy move.
I was just having fun posting a funny picture of Sid, no clue why you and your kind want to always have a fight. It was all in good fun. |

Pens fans certainly aren't Ripped Fuel, are they?
