Almost as original as calling him Cindy Crysby? Did your 6 year old come up with that? Or calling him a whiner and a diver? What about the oh so original "Crosby sucks" chants? Pot to kettle...... - bri29smith
I agree wholeheartedly. The difference is, I am singling out a single troll who is unfunny, uncreative and unintelligent.
There's a whole lot of moronic trolls that do the Cindy Crysby BS and they are just as vapid and penile challenged as the gentleman I was conversing with earlier.
However, as I'm not the one calling Crosby names, your comments directed at me are baseless and stupid. I'm not trolling the Pens thread, nor am I calling Crosby a baby. I think he's a fantastic player.
Kindly direct your efforts at somebody who is guilty of the same kind of imbecilic drivel as we've read from the attempted trolling here today. |

I like both the Roth and Hagar years. They were different, but both were good. I love the unpolished feel of the Roth era, because they literally went into a studio, did enough blow to kill a rhino, and just jammed for a week to ten days and released it. . - Jsaquella
I went ahead and fixed that for you. |

I could talk about your "fans" throwing batteries at players while they walk off the ice, thanks Philly for the protective Pope bubble they wheel out in between periods.
Or did you want to talk about beating someone into a coma after the Flyers Rangers winter classic?
Or maybe a good slice of your owner unloading the #2 goal scorer in the league?
How about booing a woman for dropping the puck, now thats a classy move.
I was just having fun posting a funny picture of Sid, no clue why you and your kind want to always have a fight. It was all in good fun. - nbartley9

But Eddie worked with a lot of different folks and wanted to get more into the producing end of things, which led to Roth bailing. Hagar was a strong enough personality to be a real partner in the sound of the new music, but banged heads with the new management-he was adamantly against doing a song for the Twister soundtrack and a "Greatest Hits" CD. So he got fired and replaced by their new manager's brother in law.
The newer CD, with Roth, is quite good if you like the Roth era CDs. It's all rock songs, no ballads and has great solos and cheeky lyrics. - Jsaquella
I've heard a bit of the new album but was a bit worried it might not live up to expectations. I'll have to download it. |

Neal with a 5 minute major for fighting would be nice. But I expect he'll continue to back down, just like when Simmonds challenged him. |

Nothing weaker or more milquetoast when a fan of another team pulls the "classy" card.
Good job, good effort. |

I'm not talking about fans in general. I am talking specifically about you and your lame attempts at trolling and humor.
Good fun involves entertaining somebody besides yourself. When you do something that only entertains the one doing the entertaining it's called masturbation. |

Would be great to see Rinaldo fight Neal. That would be an outstanding trade-off. |

Meh, I only get mad when I realize all the hype over the Hawks is comparing apples to oranges. The records previously set were with teams playing both conferences, they are including last seasons wins (minus playoffs - where they lost) in the # for the Hawks, and back when the flyers had the point streak were shoot outs even around? In my book the Hawks lost 3 times this season. Yep, lost. Last season shouldn't count. And their run should have ended with their first shootout loss. So I ignore the media. Yes, they are a good team this year, but there will always be a HUGE asterisk next to their run since they are only seeing 1 conference opponents. - FlyersGrace
Stop being a bitter Betty. The Blackhawks lossless streak is just as legit as the Flyers streak. Records are made to be broken.
Anyway, the '70-'71 Lakers laugh at NHL "lossless" streaks. |

As for Jeff Carter I know that someday karma will catch up with him. Be it on the ice or off. Hopefully he's changed. But yeah I turn it off when they start talking about him. I could care less... And honestly the western conference means nothing to us this season.
So take a deep breath... We're good - FlyersGrace
If all 3 of the OT losses have been from shootouts, then I wouldn't consider them losses. There were no shootouts for the Flyers streak and games would end in a tie after OT. This streak is amazing no matter how you slice it. I just hope it gets ended soon and by a bad team and the Hawks go out in Rd1. |

[quote=hammarby31blow jeff carter and how great he's been for the kings this year.....
Still this? Their is no justifiable way that anyone should want Carter over Jake and Couturier at this point.
Emery is something i dont get ..I never understood why we didn't continue to take a chance on him..granted the injury really clouded his situation but i always liked him even when he was a headcase on the sens.

Boys, you and your fellow pens trolls are havin fun today. Stick to your own thread unless you wanna talk hockey. - Hextall271
I'd much rather talk hockey, trust me, I just found it humorous that a Flyers fan would criticize originality when those seem to be any Flyers fans go-to trolling comments.
OK...hockey talk. Does anyone see this game being low scoring? Both teams realizing how bad that last game was? I hope so, I would much rather see a game like game 1 this year than the last game, not because of outcome but because of the actual play.
Flyers D lineup looks brutal, but the way the Pens D has been I don't think it is really much worse. My prediction = 4-2 Flyers. |

No one was "beat into a coma". A bunch of drunk knuckle heads from Jersey got in a fight with other drunk knuckle heads from Jersey.. and one guy got (gasp) knocked out.
Every city has its black eyes. But i should probably be careful using the word Black with a Pitt fan.. considering their sad, sick and ongoing history of racism.

i agree, again, BUT even if they do that and correct some issues tonight, i don't know that it will mean anything or make any real difference in moving forward. it couldn't hurt, that's for certain. - hammarby31
The points have to be the primary concern. No question. They have to get 2 points.
I just hope that they do it with a disciplined game and limit mistakes. |

I agree. Wouldn't mind at all if the Blackhawks break it.
Is there anything more grating than when those old Miami Dolphins toasting themselves when the final undefeated NFL team loses? Get over it, fellas.

I agree with all of that. I love both VH eras (I ignore the Charone album). They're different but both very good.
Chickenfoot kicks ass, too. Hard to believe that at his age Hagar can still get it done vocally, but he does. He sounds just as good today as he did 30 years ago. |

I feel like complaining that we let Emery go is just as bad as complaining about Carter. Emery has played well this year (in 11 games) but who hasn't for the Hawks? |

Removing the bitter might make me less of a Flyers fan! I thought that was a requirement.
I will give the Hawks their due. They are doing fantastic this season. But my points are still valid that the records aren't being judged the same which in the real world should invalidate them. So it's hype. |
