IMO, the root of 90% of their issues is that lack of accountability.

Guys who make mistakes and float get rewarded with more ice time, guys who play their asses off get a seat.

I see 90% of the problems being the players assembled. Take out Fedetenko, Briere, Talbot, Coburn, Gervais and Guss.

Replace with players who consistently are hard workers, at the very least.

You see a much better team imo.

Now improve the D to enhance the transition game, and you have an even better team. They are what they are.

Coach sucks. Players suck.
