When he left Ottawa for TB, plus his attitude at that time was cocky and I have never forgotten. He is always injured but very good when healthy.

Eh, all 3 were SOLs. I'll never count those as a "true" loss. OTL, sure. But coming up short in the gimmick? Blargh.

I supported the "ginger line" as well. In the future though, I'd like to see the Flyers move Voracek to the second line with Schenn and get a player sort of like Kunitz is to Crosby to play with Hartsy and G. My dream would be to get Patric Hornqvist.

I have had a former coworker who is a Leafs fan blasting Paul Holmgren and the flyers against me. I have been poking fun at him because this is one successful season and he is getting rather cocky. I have admitted I would have never made the jvr for schenn deal but he keeps telling me nobody on this current squad will ever be half the players Carter and Richards are. It's sad because he has no idea what he is talking about but continues to talk to me like he knows.my team better then I do....

What I think is neat is that the leafs are the only team that went an entire cba without making the playoffs. Columbus made it fer (frank) sakes. And they still have no real goaltender . If need be bring up that we are 5 and 1 all time in playoff series vs an original 6 team.

The thought is that if there was a player that could play up with Giroux, then Voracek could ignite another line with the way he is playing, and it would make the Flyers a deeper and more dangerous team. It's a reasonable thought.

Yes, yes that's it. The 'Hawks need a lesson on how to play with a lead during their record setting unbeaten streak. Thank goodness they appear to be getting that tonight. It might be just in time to save their season.
