Not particularly. There's plenty of cannon fodder to send back at a jackass like that that resorting to the ridiculous notion of a fixed lottery isn't really needed. And the cracks about threatening to move coming from a fan of a team that is on its 3rd city and not too long ago threatened to up and move to Tennessee is a bit of a pot and kettle situation.

the problem with the "Bryz is tired" argument is that I thought part of the problem last year was that he didn't get enough work? Didn't he say (or someone say) this past offseason that he needed more games?

I do think they have run him into the ground a bit this season. However combined with last season, and him slipping back to inconsistency this year I am close to finished with the guy.

I like him, but with that contract, I think you can find a player who will give you a similar performance year round for a cheaper cost and term. If they are making changes of identity and culture, I want one of them to be a new goaltender. Used to be pretty neutral toward the guy's position here long term, but not anymore.

The turnovers in the neutral zone today were just brutal. The defense is a complete mess and needs to be fixed. Not sure how they plan to do it.

Briere and Bryz should be buyouts. Use the cap space to add pieces. I would like to get a goalie with a shorter contract if possible.

Hiller, Backstrom or trade for Bishop.
