They just showed a replay of the Buffalo goal, just prior Briere went off on a line change and no one replaced him. It was 5-4 that whole sequence. How does a team miss that?

I've never seen a player just go off the ice with the puck in his own end. I'm not saying its all Briere's fault b/c players should pay attention but thats idiotic to leave the ice when the other team is in your zone.
