I'm blaming Briere b/c why do you go to the bench in the first place? The team didn't even have control of the puck. Just don't get it. Maybe I need to get my eyes checked.

The bench door is right inside the line, it's not all that uncommon to get a quick change, but you've got to be sure somebody is picking you up.

He can't come off unless he signals that he's coming off and that he gets some kind of signal in return. That's basic...and again, they have 3 coaches behind that bench, somebody needs to notice

Yupper. At least give him a shot and let him develop. No doubt he's going to lose his fair share, but he could be an elite tender in a few years.
