bryz has allowed 2 goals with less than 8 minutes remaining and he's getting bronx cheered. oy. - hammarby31
I loathe this fan base sometimes.
Why is it no one braces for a hit by moving their side to the boards instead of their faces? |

when does the league begin to hold players responsible for turning their backs to players along the boards? you are taught from a yound age in hockey not to put yourslef in vulnerable positions or turn on someone coming in for a hit |

Your telling me lundy and the rest of the elite goalies are not sporting 0.00 gpas? Inconceivable - bigmookalookie
They only give up goals for publicity stints after the game those are erased from the record books. |

In no ways am I justifying the Schenn hit because- as I said earlier- I think Schenn could have let up, but I agree. Looking at that replay, I saw Gerbe drooling over the pass he made, and he was standing with his back to Schenn coming at him about a foot and a half from the boards.
Dude. Take a fraction of a second to make a quarter turn and absorb the hit. Hell, you could even keep admiring your pass depending on what way you turn.
Now Gerbe's a little grumpy. Take his Xbox away for the rest of the night and send him to bed with no dinner. |

unfortunately there's still 3:17 left. Plenty of time for the Flyers to show more stupidity.

JJ's better suited to Phillies games anyway; plenty of time between pitches for banter with the rest of the crew.
