They don't forget, they ignore because everyone knows that in Philly it's always the goalie's fault.
Always. - Scoob
Channel 6's sports team lost me as a viewer of their news because of that. Scott Palmer (?) killed Hexy and Snow in '97. If the Flyers scored more than 1.5 goals per game, that could have been a different series. Like Wings in 6. |

I'm a huge Sopranos fan, when the series concluded with that trash in the background I got ill. - PLindbergh31
That's what makes me hope that Tony got whacked....better than having to eat while listening to that crap |

Right, just make sure that first step isn't off the cliff. - Scoob
With what Bryzgalof has been bringing I think it's replaceable and we could use the cap space. That Cliff is looming currently even with him here. |

I still wait a year, and hopefully employing a more two way minded head coach will help our little cosmonaut. |

I agree today's music largely sucks. There's a few new bands I like, but they're not getting the airplay that bands used to get back in the day.
Now, if Robert Plant's not jerking us around and is serious about not having plans for summer 2014.... - Jsaquella

Defensive line depth. Don't have an issue with it. 3 years 8 million.
Seriously an Iggles fan talking smack to a Giants fan would be like a garbage man chirping the Facebook douche. - PLindbergh31

The point is why the hell would you take anyone from that Eagles defense? Worst in the league last year.
The Giants overpaid. |

I could get on board with that. Just hope we aren't throwing 2013-2014 away with the choice. |

The Flyers defense core in that series....
If my memory serves me correctly.. was a rookie Ninimaa, Svoboda, Dykhuis. Petit etc....
Nothing even to get worked up about in that series, the Red Wings simply outclassed the Flyers. Blaming the goalies would be like blaming the Chef on the Titanic. |

I think we're all worrying a little too much about the cap management. As shown here, there is plenty of cap space avoid an uncomfortable Cliff.
