I want a record player and a kickass record collection....

My favorite from Zep is Led I

- Giroux_Is_God

My LP of Genesis' And Then There Were Three... still has my math teacher's letter of recommendation tucked inside of it. Still one of my proudest possessions.

My favorite from Led Zeppelin is Physical Graffiti. My favorite packaging, though, is In Through the Out Door. The Paper Bag.. The photos from several different angles... Awesome.

I'm only 25, but to me the 50s and 60s are the oldies. Best era of music ever. After i heard the battle of evermore i was hooked on Zeppelin. Have been ever since

I did. Sorry, for thread necromancy all night. We got all sorts of things going on. Having M4 try on Easter clothes, talking about moving to save money, grocery shopping at 9:30 PM...

It'd be really cool if Plant and the bassist from Them Crooked Vultures could work together.

a lot of the CD buying shops have vinyl as well...like Tunes in S Jersey. that's just one that comes to mind.
- isaiah520

I've spent so much at Tunes over the years I own a billion T-shirts. I miss their stores in Ocean City and Turnersville.

In it he was describing how hyped to get his first single back from being pressed and on the album jacket the song was credited as written by "Geoff Lynn"

I get enough sound from my digital collection...It's a warm enough sound-and there's plenty of torrents that are vinyl rips
- Jsaquella

Whenever I want to hear the snap-hiss of vinyl, I just play "Your Mom Said You Cried in Your Sleep Last Night" from Plant's Manic Nirvana album.

Poor guy.

Of course, he doesn't tour much, so I had to settle for "Members of ELO & ELO II" in AC last year with my wife. It was a blast.

My parents would "borrow" my 2XL so they could play their 8-tracks in him.

i used to go to the marlton one, i must have sold $300 or something in CDs, DVDs and LPs before i moved to Bucks Cnty...iow, they made out like bandits, but sometimes you just have to shed inventory. with the way streaming and digital in general is growing, who knows how long they'll be around though.
