I hope to god they don't move Couts.
I don't see why they can't just buyout Briere in the summer or move him at the deadline. A 1-2-3 of Giroux, Schenn, and Couturier would be great for the future. Laughton isn't a sure thing at the NHL level by any stretch of the imagination.

They need to double shift Rinaldo until he drops. He's drawn a penalty on almost every shift he's taken. Our only hope is for the Devils to start running around after Rinaldo.

At this point you just have to overwhelm Phoenix and go all-in for OEL. He'll be the best defenseman in the league in two years time.
Harry Z, Gus, and two 3rds should do the trick. |
