Rolston wont - Homer
you never know, Darcy shouldn't. This whole management staff needs to be overhauled. |

I dont want either - Homer
Ok, well we have Stafford, I am just tryinmg to be realistic with what we could get for him. We would have to take back some $$$. Noone is giving us a legit top 6 player for him. I think if we landed some as good as setogucci it would be remarkable. |

Neither is Stafford. Look at their hits, I bet Sttogucci averages over 100 hits per year. Staff is probably 20....lol - JPlatt915
last year Setaguchi had 73 hits....Stafford 103
This year Set has more |

Stafford and Leopold -for- Clutterbuck and Zucker
Leopold is a rental for them, Stafford has a high cap hit for only 2 years though. |

Then, nothing will change, and we will continue being a mediocre team! - Sabresfan88
we are nowhere near mediocre.... |
|
|
|
Would you blame him for that? I wouldn't - Sabresfan88
I'm not a huge Ryan Miller fan. Like most, I have seen one great season from him. The rest have been pretty average for the amount of money he makes. He'll make the occasional spectacular save, but he has an attitude about himself and others that his play just doesn't support. |

Miller wasn't holding Kaleta accountable for his play but for an interview he did where he stated he was pissed he wasn't going to play. The Sabres need more players who want to play. Not paycheck collectors like Stafford, Hecht, Pominville from the perimeter, etc - GilPerreault11
Sorry i didnt mean kaleta in particular. I meant that he holds the team accountable. And yes the sabres need players who actually want to play them game for the love of hockey, not as a job. This group does not seem to want to work hard for one another they dont want to win for each other |

I think we will get a first for Regehr. 2 first rounders in this draft would be great. Probably right about Pominville, but that would be fine with me to wait till the Summer, we need to get real assets back for him. - rsj2588
Id be shocked if we get a first for RR |
|

I would not do that Setogucci is a 3rd line player if that. - SABRES 89
Settogucci is playing with Cullen and Zucker on the 2nd line. He is having a much better year then Staff. He is younger. He plays harder.
I am not sold on him 100 percent. Who do you think we could get for staff, besides a 6 pack and a cheese burger. |

The $$ wouldnt work. Wild only have 1.5 mil cap space. |

I am not Suprised, Settogucci was injured last year. He had one of his worst years. Check the 3 or 4 year before that and compare him to Stafford. You will see, he is much more physical. He is no Ott, but in my honest opinion Staff is a Huge female dog! |

Oh yeah I should have known that with their big signings last year. It would be ridiculous if we got Clutterbuck teams would hate to play us with him and Ott knocking them on their ass every shift. |

I think Miller is tired of losing. He is actually one of a few players we have whom cares about winning. |

I am sure he does, but he should not be going at Kaleta in the Media, do it face to face if you have an issue. Especially telling him to grow up and stop wining.....Myers actually cried after a game before....True Story!!! |

I am a Miller fan. I think he is much better then people give him credit for. I would say he is top 12 to 15 goalie in the league. That being said, it's time to trade hi. Probably wont happen until the summer, but he needs a fresh start and we need to make some major changes in the leadership of this team. Miller's days as a Sabres are numbered. Unfortunately I don't think we will get nearly enough for him, but it is a loss we need to take at this point. |

Plus Pommer. - Sabresfan88
I can see almost anyone dealt from this hodgepodge of malcontent, soft, heartless players.
Except for top prospects + Hodgson, Foligno, Myers (for his potential and age, certainly not for his overall play) Ott- after that, on Deadline Day and over the summer my jaw won't drop if I see anyone dealt. |
