1.) he is a Center
2.) A good 2 way player
3.) he has good NHL size.
4.) Elite Speed
5.) he can finish
6.) He is a good playmaker
7.) he can hit when needed
8.) he is a leader

For starters, he is the SAME (frank)ING SIZE as Drouin, 5'11 178 lbs. MacKinnon is the player with all the hype surrounding him. This is all because he came out of the same hometown, midget team, and path as Sidney Crosby. Ever since he was 15 years old, he has been compared to Crosby because of this.

Girgensons, Pysyk, Leduc, Flynn.... are guys I'm willing to trade in the right deal for sure... Not that I particularly dislike any of them, but I see a higher ceiling with the guys I've listed above, and if we want quality in return we are gonna have to expect to part with pieces we don't really want to give up
