Getz isn't a goal scorer. Getz is also a way better all around player. Corey Perry has an MVP. Not to mention the Cup they have won. Vanek not even in their league at this point

I think a lot of ppl on here would be surprised to see the point totals of many "superstars" from year to year

I think that argument completely misses the point

Yes, Vanek and Pominville and Miller should all be traded...
But NOT because of their play
It's because signing them to big $$$ deals that will last into their late30s and early40s is a horrible idea

Perry hasn't scored less than 70 points and 25 goals since his second year.

And vanek has broken 70 points twice in 8 seasons.

Point is,
Vanek, Pominville & Miller will all get HUGE deals...
Whether its from Buffalo or someone else...
I prefer it to be someone else

They are still very good players we can get a lot back for if we trade them, let's be smart

They have also had 90 pt seasons. They also play a better 200 ft game. They also hit, fight, kill penalties and everything else complete players do. Vanek is more Phil Kessel than Corey Perry, if he's not scoring he's not doing much of anything
