I'm a Miller fan, and a Pominville fan. But we are 28th right now and their contracts are up next year. It's a different situation

I don't think so, people crack on Miller all the time. Rangers haven't won with Lundqvist and he's 11-11 this year and no cups, Rangers aren't moving him.

I have the same view on Pommer. If you take the C off of him to me you have to move him, I know other teams have done it with players and it worked like Elias in NJ and Marleau in SJ but to me if you strip Pommer of the C you move him and change the culture.

I think we should give Vanek a few more games off to get healthy again. He's been a shadow of himself from the beginning of the year, but he is easily the most naturally talented forward on the team. We need to build a real first line. Vanek is an undeniable piece of that puzzle.

If he wasn't the only guy on this team that's a legit first liner, he wouldn't take the same beating. He attracts ALL of the violent attention. Not a knock on Hodgson who has improved ten fold, but you put a true 1C in front of the net and park Vanek in the slot, his health improves, and the points keep coming.
