its chincy but its there. if the ref calls that then we miss out on the amazing assualt with a deadly kiss penalty. calls both ways were rightfully missed. im still upset about pommer getting boarded.

From the parts taht I saw... i thought it finally looked like we were playing with a little passion to us.. maybe a little piss and vinegar... but it only shows up when we are playing rivals like Toronto and Boston.

As much as I want a top pick... i think every person on here would start to cheer for them in the depths of their heart if they string together some more wins.

Actually started against Montreal.Im optimistic weve turned the corner.Peters was talking about how some fans just want us to constantly tank thats thier thing.Id agree to some point.Id rather see them look like thiers a future after all the draft is a crap shoot and teams are rarely rebuilt with just one player.The teams looking better tho and I think teams like us and Toronto will be forces to reckon with in the future.Great game great rivalry great fans on both sides.

1.) That was a fun game to watch
2.) Can we play Toronto every game? Even if we dont win it was awesome hockey
3.) Scott is awesome (good fight and the post game was priceless)
4.) Ott is our next captain
5.) Kaleta was smart to turtle Orr would have worked him bad
6.) Phaenuf is overrated and Ott had him off his game all night
7.) Miller fought the whole game you could tell he wasnt comfortable but he needed that win
8.) I liked what Darcy said on WGR last night before the game, improve improve improve so call me optimistic even if we make a heroic run to 9th or even squeak in the playoffs I am hoping it will be ok
9.) Christian Ehrhoff had his best game as a Sabre

Go to the Colden Inn, its a little more south than you may want to go but they have 18 taps of micro brews and usually 4-5 differnt fish to choose from as well as the traditional fish fry. Also O'Neills by the stadium has a great fry.

I didnt say we arent currently a fringe playoff team maybe not even that yet but I see improvement,desire and hope something thats been missing from this team for a long time.Did anyone notice Pommer s reaction after he scored a goal ? He had to gesture his linemates over to celebrate. Strange reaction.

I dont think we trade a guy who scores and is building chemistry with Hogie just to give someone else the captain C.I like Ott with the C tho Folignio if he keeps playing the way he did last night all the time.Let the team vote on it in training camp this fall.I think we should move Vanek and Stafford for value
