I disagree but that just from my point of view.

Yes he is a fighter and energizer but to say he is dirty I don't agree.

He isn't on the ice long enough to take cheap shots for no apparent reason or to just be a poop disturber, he is just a fighter, plain and simple.

I think that kaleta is the best bang for our buck on this entire team... what he beings in attitude and heart every night is probably worth more than his paycheck...

This is a dumb argument. You have a fan of another team saying Kaleta sucks and is a turtle, etc. and then asks if he is a good defensive forward. He obviously doesn't know anything about Kaleta as a player. Kaleta got a reputation years ago and no matter what he does he will always have that reputation. We Sabres fans know what kind of a player Kaleta really is. Anyone who dives in front of a slap shot on the PK to help his team is ok in my book.

Still can't believe they traded him to us

Orr could've done what Scott and Mclaren did -- quared off and dropped the gloves. Kaleta left whatever was said at the faceoff circle. He went back to playing hockey, and made a play on the puck when Orr came off, cross checked him, then jumped him and started throwing rabbit punches while Kaleta was backing away.

Square off with the guy and get him to drop the gloves, if he doesnt, then chirp him for being a wussy and throw your body at him the whole game until he gives in.

Or do what the Bruins did, and corner him with 2 options.

Hodgson was good in Vancouver and liked by the fans. The problem was that he was adopted by the Lindros' parents and AV never trusted him in the defensive zone. If Kass can turn into a 30 goal power forward, it's a good trade for both teams. Right now it's better for Buffalo. Nobody will argue that but let's not forget we're dealing with 20-21 year old kids.
