Also, just like the Flyers and Sabres, the Maple Leafs will not make the playoffs. Unfortunately, TML will probably finish in 8th or 9th thus securing the 11-14 pick, while the Flyers and Sabres will probably be in the top 1-7.

Leafs = longest playoff drought in the NHL. Until that changes, you guys will be the laughing stock of the NHL. Phoenix Coyotes fans feel sympathy for you guys, all 7 of them.

Also America only adopted "modern" ice hockey 8 years after Canada did (1885 compared to 1877)
