jets fans
Can't stand them, I was watching their game last night and they started chanting "SEND THEM HOME" in the third period when they were loosing 4-0 - Leaffan8113
What's wrong with that?
These millionaires should be held accountable, and if they're embarrassed by their home crowd giving them the business because they suck, tough sh!t. |

Naaw. Philly fans are just mean.
The Hab's fans are jus so laughable though. Like I mentioned, the ole, ole thing. But also if their player gets touched the entire building is on their feet screaming for a penalty but it's okay if their guy wipes the other guy out.
And the classic: Even if the Hab's are coming out of their zone 3 on 2 the building starts acting like a really great scoring chance is coming any second. Heaven forbid they actually get a breakaway it sounds like the roof is going to come off.
Like I said, I'll never question their passion but my friends and I sit there and laugh the whole game long whenever there's a game to watch at Le Centre Bell. - Pairo11
Habs fans definitely have the "sense of entitlement" thing going on. |

San Jose is interested in Leopold... they're shopping Ryan Clowe. I like the idea of a Leopold and Gerbe for Clowe and Demers trade. Clowe is a lot like Ott, but fights a little more often. He hasn't scored any goals this year, but in the past he's put up 15-24 goals per season (similar to Ott). He's an UFA at year's end (like Leopold) and I say we give him a trial and if he likes it here, he'll be more willing to return. If the fans can get Ott to fall in love with the team and area, then why not Clowe too? I love their blue-collar style of play... not to mention, Ott and Kaleta can't do it alone out there. With Clowe we could either combine the muscle or spread it across 3 of the lines... providing protection for Ennis, Vanek, etc. on every shift. - djc1877
I'd love to see a line with Clowe and Ott on it. But we'd probably be better served spiltting them up. That's intriguing as hell. And for Leo?!? If that's the case, sign me up.
Wonder what Clowe wants on the open market, and if he'd be willing to sign here. |

I have to throw in the lower class Leaf fans that can't afford a ticket in Toronto that come to Buffalo to watch their team. I've never seen more fights or drunken obnoxious idiots falling up the stairs and screaming every swear word in the book. A guy three or four rows ahead of me stood up to run out of his row and projectile puked on everyone in his way as he tried to ge to the aisle. It was a great game on Thursday, but that was just the reminder I needed as to why I've sold my Leaf tickets for the last 3+ years. - anthj99
Ugh. That's terrible. I've been to a few Leafs games, but I've sold a few as well. We don't sell ours to Leafs fans though. The games I've been to I haven't had any Leafs fans anywhere around me. Thank god. I'd probably end up arrested if there were. |

Poor Gerbe. I really like that little guy. - HonkFortheGoose
I will never question his heart and desire. He just can't get it done, at least not here. It would be fine that he's small if he would just produce.
Heck, I'd take 12 goals a year from him with all that hustle. |

The problem is he's actually a more skilled player. He needs to be playing with other skilled guys. There's not enough room for him here. He shouldn't be playing on the 4th line as a grinder or the 3rd line as a defensive shut down line.
I really wish we could take his heart and put it in Stafford's body. |

No room for him anyways but if you could some how put his heart and desire in Stafford well. |

Ott loves Buffalo as much as Buffalo loves Ott. He didn't come to Buffalo in order to finish out of the playoffs. Ott is fully committed to the stated goal of "Playoffs or Bust."
He's a great salesman because he has all of his teammates drinking the same spiked blue Kool Aid right now.
His teammates, like Pat Kaleta and Drew Stafford are quoting Ott in their interviews. They believe in and are fully vested in the optimism and positivity that Otter is selling.
Ott's leading his troops inn the room, and on the ice. In 31 games in Buffalo, he has scored 5 goals and has added 12 assists.
-Garth
Get him signed to an extension this summer!!! It's a no-brainer. |

Just one tiny detail. Subban's stick never touched the Buffalo player. If the coach's challenge existed this would have been a perfect time to use it.
Sabres won that game thanks to Enroth and Ott. But they were severely outmatched from the second period on. If they play no better tonight, do NOT expect another win. - Ovation
Cant argue with that |

Sabres should be nowhere near any trades that include acquiring pending UFA's as a main part of the deal. |

Everyone has been wanting this to happen for at least a month now. I do like that Rolston seems to be holding guys accountable. I just think he'd best be served going back to Rochester after this year. I like the development of guys under him, so he's perfect for the role of the AHL coach. |

Its a perfect situation to bench a guy like that.
A. He flat out stinks, and that is the most important aspect of it
B. Even if he could help a little bit more than another guy, its still better to give the new faces a look. You know what you have in Stafford. Losses are wins at this point anyways. |

Have you heard why they recalled Pysyk and not McNabb? I know we kind of talked about it in general the other day, but I wasn't sure if you were able to find out why. |

I figured you would have already. You seemed pretty miffed that they didn't recall McNabb. |
