The Grossmann injury is rather hilarious, but not unexpected. Mesz comes back only a matter of time before another Dman went down, and when he comes back im sure another one will get hurt (mesz the most likely).

Pens have a way of making these good moves at the deadline.

And that doesn't answer the question on how 2 players get hurt yesterday in practice but it isn't announced until today. And I read the statement regarding Briere and there was no mention of Grossmann, so...you know what you can do with the slow statement.

Morrow isn't good enough to carry a bad team. What he provides is depth on a good team like Pittsburgh. I like the move for them.

I do think a more defensive scheme would fit this group a bit better.

However when they get hemmed in like that for long stretches, which happens quite often it makes me question things. All of the forwards were back, yet they are still hemmed in.
