Can't tell for sure yet, as we don't know where Morrow and Murray will end up, maybe something like:
Kunitz Crosby Duper
Morrow/Bennett Malkin Neal
Cooke Sutter Morrow/Bennett
TK Vitale Adams
Letang Despres
Orpik Martin
Murray Niskanen
Fleury
(Vokoun)
UndefEaton, Jeffrey, Bortuzzo, Engellend are all scratches. - ikyan
I'm a huge Despres fan, but it's very likely going to be:
Orpik - Martin
Eaton - Letang
Murray - Niskanen
Despres/Engelland/Bortuzzo |

I hope you're right. Neal/Malkin played very well with Kunitz last year and they said Morrow plays with a similar style to Kuni. Like I said, I think he is a good fit on either line. I think the question is where is Bennett the better fit? - Killian
I think he'll fit on the third for now gives that line a real puck carrier if its needed. But i agree with other posts eventually he'll be with sid. |

Jeffrey was already #15 when Glass arrived. What this number change tells me is that Jeffrey has no respect at all from Bylsma. For me this means he's the odd man out. |

Jeffrey is only useful in the press box when we are healthy... he is a line filler when we have injury at centre. He has no future with the Pens |

With so many prospects, and perhaps now with a desire to re-sign Murray, are the Pens going to part with Orpik or Martin after all this summer? |

Orpik, maybe
Martin, no way. He has been the Pens best defenseman this year. |

I know the trade speficied a 2nd if he re-signs/Pens win two Playoff rounds, but I think the key part of that is the wins two playoff rounds component. Murray could be brought back, but I doubt it would mean any major movement.
Maybe Derek Engelland gest moved, but Orpik and Martin would be doubtful. |

You think Bylsma makes decisions on jersey #'s? - canadianpenfan
Well, in a lot of cases the players are handed the jersey with the number by the team. KUNITZ in Anaheim is an example. He never chose #14, just handed that number to him. |

Who does Murray bump to the press box on defence? |

I think a lot will depend on who they play... I don't think you want Murray playing against a high speed team... could be a 7 D lineup on some nights. |

Completely agree. Exact pairings I would go with. Love Depres, but Eaton has earned his spot and has IMO changed the mental complection of the D corps for the better. Depres has had some of his worst games mistake-wise recently and I think everyone knows that experience trumps youth in the playoffs for HCDB and Shero. What a luxury to have in case of injury or slump. I also love the reuniting of the Eaton/Letang combo from '09.

You can't count the Pens out of anything.. including Iginla... They could still be in it if teams aren't gonna pay the top dollar for him. I ultimately see the Bruins coming with the best deal or maybe the Hawks but its just what Calgary what values... Dman or forward prospects |

Can't offer Tanger anything over 6.5 IMO. - Oneonta Penguin
If that's the case, they'll probably lose him. He's become a premier defenseman in the league, and he'll want to paid as such. $7M/year at maybe 6 years is probably where he starts. |
